  Former employee and member (was a member first). This gym is the best gym I've ever been to. The people are so warm and welcoming and I love the staff! I had no idea what I was doing when I first went there and no one ever made me feel uncomfortable (which is unusual for a girl to say that about a gym lol) and the staff were always willing to help! I moved to TN but if I'm ever in town, this will be the first place I visit! Miss it every day! :)
