  I was a first time customer at this shop last week, and was very pleased. I will be a returning customer. The tech was really sweet and did a great job on my pedicure. They open at 9 and I arrived at 930, my wait time was 30 minutes which was reasonable. The only thing I was disappointed in, is that they don't use the grated tool that scrapes dead skin off the bottom of your feet. The main reason I get pedicures is for that service, so I wish that was part of their routine. They also use paper towels vs. hand towels which I thought was odd-- the paper towels get soaked and it's not environmental friendly.
