  I've been a loyal Blue Star Barbershop (Polaris location) customer for 5 years. When one opened up closer to home near Easton I was ecstatic. However, after multiple bad experiences at this location, I'll stick with the longer drive. The level of professionalism is a fraction of what I've found in Polaris and it takes me twice as long to get in and out. On my most recent and final visit my barber kept checking his phone while I sat in the chair mid-cut, waiting for him to finish up whatever he was doing. Hopefully things change but for now this is no better than an expensive Great Clips.
